33% of adults sleep less than 7 hours per night

According to the CDC, about 33% of U.S. adults get less than 7 hours of sleep each night. Daylight savings time ending, combined with earlier sunsets, darker mornings, and a busy holiday season can easily disrupt your sleep routine.

What is CBN?

CBN (cannabinol) is a mildly intoxicating minor cannabinoid that forms as THC ages.

Why is CBN known as the sleep cannabinoid?

CBN’s nighttime reputation stems from use of aged cannabis. Older flower naturally has more CBN, and people began linking that flower with a heavier, more relaxed feeling. Over time, CBN became the cannabinoid most associated with evening use. Today, it’s the first thing many patients look for in a nighttime product.

When should I take CBN?

Timing depends on the format:

  • Edibles: These can take up to 2 hours to kick in. Take them earlier in the evening, and wait before taking more.
  • Vapes: These typically act faster than edibles.
  • Tinctures and tongue drops: These give you measured, consistent doses.

We are not medical providers, and we don’t make claims about what CBN does. If you’re taking any prescription or over-the-counter sleep medications, please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything new.
