    You can pay with any DEBIT card with a $3.50 Surcharge. Must be able to enter PIN.

    Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid government issued ID (such as a driver's license or passport). If you’re ordering as a medical patient, please make sure your Missouri Med Card is on hand.
