DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, 180 days from the date they were earned.
DO MY POINTS TRANSFER?
Yes, any points earned will be transferred to the new program.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You will receive 5 points ($5) for signing up. Earn 6.67% points per $ spent at Proper Cannabis.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Proper Loyalty program is free to join. We just need your email and phone number. Start Earning
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
You can view your points balance any time in our Proper Cannabis App. To redeem points, build your cart and choose “apply” in the Rewards section at check out.
DO RETURNS & EXCHANGES EFFECT POINTS?
Any products you return will reduce your loyalty points. Exchanges do not affect your points.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY LOYALTY TIER AT THE END OF THE YEAR?
Your loyalty tier is earned and tracked from January 1 to December 31. Once you qualify for a tier, your status is valid from the day you qualify to the end of the calendar year. As long as you meet the 12 month point requirement, your stats will automatically renew for the following year. Your points will NOT reset.
