Proper Presents: Stoner Cinema

Join us for the inaugural Stoner Cinema showing Dazed & Confused at The Factory, in partnership with our friends at Riverfront Times!

STARTING at 4:20 PM


From 4:20 –7:30, take a stroll throughout the inside and outside of The Factory where our cannabis industry sponsors will have pop-ups (see below for a full list & to explore their products), we will have multiple game stations, and4 Hands Brewing Co. will be serving the brews and Rock Star Tacos will be dishing out the chews!


COSTUME CONTEST:
We’re really excited to see you dress in your ’70s best or as your favorite Dazed & Confused character for the chance to win a prize pack from our sponsors.


TRIVIA:
Make sure to brush up on your pot pop culture as there will also be trivia contests throughout the day where you will also have a chance to win schwag packs from our event sponsors.

SHOWTIME! After hanging out & making new buds with vendors & visitors, find a chair, sink right in, and enjoy a screening of the cannabis cult classic Dazed & Confused!


For those unfamiliar with the film, Dazed & Confused is a coming-of-age film that follows the mayhem of a group of rowdy teenagers in Austin, Texas, celebrating the last day of high school in 1976. Impromptu keg parties, freshman hazing, and partaking in recreational left-handed activities ensue.


Dazed & Confused gave rise to many of Hollywood’s household names such as
Ben Affleck, Matthew McConaughey, Milla Jovovich, Parker Posey, Jason London, Joey Lauren Adams, Adam Goldberg, Renée Zellweger (her first movie, appearing as an uncredited extra) and more!
